TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OFFEAST™ sells products via its website www.offeast.com to private individuals over the age of 18 and corporate customers in Sweden. Products are purchased on the website and paid for in advance by card through Stripe, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay, they relate to hobby activities and are made available as long as the turnover does not exceed the limit allowed by the Swedish Tax Agency, per year. Placing an order in the online shop means agreeing to these purchase conditions, read them carefully.

PRICES
All prices are current and may be different tomorrow. The individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any charges for shipping and VAT. All prices in the store are stated in EUR/SEK and include 25% VAT

PAYMENT
Your purchase is prepaid by card and is made through Stripe, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay, which is reliable payment services. Conditions for payment are also stated in the checkout. If fraud is suspected, the order may be paused for investigation or canceled entirely.

DELIVERY
Your order is handled as quickly as possible and delivered within 3-5 working days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next working day at the earliest.

Conditions and price for delivery are stated at checkout. If a delivery delay occurs, you will be notified by e-mail. OFFEAST™ disclaims all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

It is your responsibility as a customer to provide correct delivery information at the time of ordering. Mistakes can rarely be corrected afterwards and you may then be without a delivery altogether. If you choose not to pick up your package yourself, you will not be refunded the order, nor the product or shipping costs. On the contrary, you may be liable for compensation for any return shipping that is invoiced to you in that case.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND RETURN
You must announce that you regret it. The message must be sent to us at info@offeast.com. In your message, your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.
OFFEAST™ is not responsible for return shipping. You are responsible for the delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
You are responsible for the fee if the package is not picked up.
From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of government action or omission, new legislation, labor dispute, war or threat of war, major disturbance of public order, sabotage, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, natural disaster, accident, pandemic or other circumstance beyond OFFEAST™'s control and which could not reasonably be overcome or foreseen, OFFEAST™ has the right to waive its obligations under this Agreement. In such an event, you cannot claim damages either.

COMPLAINT
You always have the right to complain about a product that is damaged or does not meet the expected quality. We then ask you to contact us as soon as possible.

DISPUTE
In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation and application of these terms and conditions of purchase, we shall first try to reach an agreement. If, against the odds, we cannot agree, the dispute must be tried by a general court in Sweden or by the General Complaints Board.

INTEGRITY POLICY
All processing of personal data in connection with purchases on the webshop takes place in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
